Cyndi O'Meara on ACA spruiking Coconut Oil
« on: April 07, 2011, 07:32:29 am »
Just got an email about this from Aussie Health Products.

Coconut Oil

I've read the books written by the couple featured and agree wholeheartedly with their reasoning. I love coconut oil in my lip balm and use it in my soaps. I haven't made a moisture cream with it yet, but may include it in future.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
