White chocolate macadamia and raspberry blondies24 slicesIngredients:1/2 cup toasted / chopped macadamias
165g castor sugar
70g SR flour
90g P flour
150g frozen raspberries
125g butter
200g white choc (I used choc melts)
2 eggs - beaten
100g white choc (extra and melted)
Preparation:1. I melted choc and butter in m'wave while preparing other ingredients in TMX.
2. Add all dry ingredients, including macadamias + frozen raspberries to TMX - mix
speed 2-3 for 8 secs3. To TMX bowl, add beaten eggs and choc / butter mixture - mix
speed 2-3 until thoroughly combined - approx 12 secs.
4. Press into papered slice tray - bake mod oven 180⁰ C until firm - approx 45 mins.
5. Allow to cool in tray.
6. Use the bottom of slice as top and drizzle with extra choc
