Hi, I'm looking for a TM recipe for paella. Any ideas?
Thanks,

Traditional paella may be one thing the thermomix can't do  :o  It is normally a dish which isn't stirred during cooking once the basics go it - the rice sits still and absorbs the liquid and almost caramelises into a golden top.
The recipe on the recipe community site would make a very yummy risotto but not the same texture and finish as paella - but who cares? still tastes great.

I adapted a recipe I have used before and a some of the ideas on the Recipe Community. It was turned out fairly well for my first attempt at recipe conversion! Agree that it isn't a traditional paella but it still tasted great (maybe should call it chicken and seafood risotto instead?)

I'll post once I've perfected the ingredients, I always find the TM uses less liquid than stove top cooking. My paella was a bit runnier than I would have liked and I need to work out the right amount of liquid to use.

Thanks
