Meagan!!! I have been resisting this recipe knowing what my lot are like, finally gave in after some more badgering ... IT IS FANTASTIC  ;D ;D ;D well done.

I think I have some coconut oil in the cupboard un used (can't remember why I brought it now) anyway I think I should try this.

Every time I come across a standard recipe I want to try, I check in here and low and behold here it is, this forum rocks!  Must put the ice-cream maker in the freezer so I can make this asap!
