Can’t wait until artichoke season, to make stuffed artichokes
Anyone made them in the varoma?

I am embarrassed to say that I've never cooked an artichoke that didn't come marinated or in can  :-[
I will put that on my to do list.

Caned ones are nice, this is what I do
Drain, dry very well and stuff with the Italian bread crumb roll them in flour and fry in a little oil. OMG to die for.

Italian bread crumbs I add more cheese and garlic powder.
