I'm with you Jan and Judy. I'd much rather cook than do housework. In the van it is ideal. Less than 5 minutes and I've wiped it all over for dust and the shower and toilet are so small that they only take another 5 minutes. I don't use all the time for cooking though. I've been reading heaps. Loving every minute of it too.

Well, it's likely that I won't have to cook on the evening of my demo so I thought I'd make porridge on Sunday morning - it's getting mighty chilly here in the morn.

On Sunday DH's Aunt and Uncle are coming for tea and Uncle Lou is a French Chef!  Looking for something not too ambitious, yet tasty that presents well.  Was thinking about a Risotto of some sort and salad, some bread and maybe a Sorbet for dessert...

JD - YES it is killing me.  I have 2 days off of work and I wish it were here already so I could cook, cook and cook.  Instead I'll have to clean  :(  :D

Good luck with whatever you decide to make Kellie.

One piece of advice about making porridge - use speed 3 to avoid having the porridge stick to the bottom of the jug.   It makes cleaning it so much easier  ;) ;)

Chose my menu and got my shopping list from my demonstrator last night.

My friend from across the road who I invited is so intrigued, her and her bestfriend have been Googling all week trying to find something wrong with it and they can't!  They really want to come and see the demo and have invited a friend too!  So all 3 of them are thinking of purchasing one.

2 days to go!
