Hi everyone

My name's Luisa nd I'm from Porto, Portugal.
I have a BIMBY (Thermomix name for Portugal) since March 2010 and I'm tottally addicted to it.

Hi Malica and welcome to the forum.It's nice to have a fellow European here on the forum.There are plenty of recipes for you to research here and if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask,as someone will always help. :)

welcome Malica. We used to have another person called isi from Portugal, but she doesn't check into the forum as much nowadays but has left some lovely recipes for everyone to try. we look forward to hearing more about you and sharing our recipes as we go.  :-*

Have you tried the Bimby recipe for Pastéis de nata? I sometimes wonder how authentic some of these recipes are...
