Whole Wheat Walnut Rolls Ingredients:100g water
100g milk
2 eggs
20g fresh yeast
100g margarine
500g whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
200g hand chopped walnuts
1 egg yolk
Preparation: * Place water, milk, eggs, fresh yeast and margarine and mix for 20 seconds on Speed 5
* Add flour, salt and sugar. Mix for 30 seconds on Speed 6 and then knead for 1 minute
* Add walnuts and mix for 10 seconds on Speed 5
* Get 90-100g pieces from dough. Place them in a baking paper covered tray. Brush with egg yolk and let them rise
* Bake them in preheated oven for 30 minutes
I'd recommend you to have them tepid. For the following day you can warm before you have them
