hello everyone
I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for a nice light textured bread?

have a look through the "Bread" section of this forum, and you will also be able to see reviews and photographs. Personally, ATM I am enjoying JO's Cobb Loaf because it goes so well with soup, and slices well.

Isi's recipes are good too. Give one a try and let us know how it went.

I love the bacon and Cheese roll recipe. I use it for loafs as well. Isi's breads are great too. I have not tried any others as yet.

JS, Chookies recipe is a favourite of mine for rolls and some use it for a loaf - have a read of the comments on that one.

JS, try a basic recipe and fiddle with it until you get what you want/like.
