Depends on what I have at hand JD. If not already cooked (and generally a left over!!), then I shred it finely before adding it (my preferred method) but I do use up cooked spinach for sure. I have also been know to put either raw or cooked into my doughs to turn them green and call them shrek doughs so the kids will eat them lol

Now thats a great idea faffa_70, They eat it cause its green and dont even realize they are getting some extra goodness from it as well. I will remember that one.

We love the filling from Cathy's swirly rolls in our scrolls.  I haven't had much luck with the scone-type dough in Cathy's recipe (it doesn't cook through well for me), so I now use pizza dough with the delicious filling.  :)

Made 2 batches of scrolls today (1 batch just doesn't last long enough) Made Pizza scrolls and vegemite and cheese. Kids are happy
