This recipe is from the Travelling with Thermomix book. We really loved it. When you look at the recipe it looks rather over powering as there are 3 components to be done. Filling, roulade and sauce. It is relatively easy just allow yourself a bit of time.
We have had similar recipes before but I think this is better than all the others.

I made half of the filling and half of the roulade for 3 of us. I used sizzle steaks from WW. I made the full amount of the sauce and have froxen some for later. I didn't use sour cream I used natural greek yoghurt as that was all I had. Similarly I used tomato paste, not puree.
