New from NZ
« on: June 17, 2011, 11:25:39 am »
I am loving having a thermomix. Wish I knew someone else apart from my consultant who had one. Had it for about a month and I am just starting to experiment. Now I have to get the rest of the family using it. ;D ;D

You will soon have someone with a Thermomix once your friends and family see how terrific they are and decide to buy one their self. That's how it worked for my sister who brought one then myself then our Mum. We just had to have one because we were amazed at what they could do.
Now we all share recipes ans motivate each other to try new things.

Hi and welcome.  It is now up to you to show off to all your friends and relatives what this wonderful machine can do and maybe get them interested too.  The price is a big turnoff if you are not into cooking but we all know it is worth it's weight in gold.

Welcome - you'll have a great time with the TMX and, before you know it, you'll be a trend setter and have loads of people following your lead.

Where do you live in NZ?

thank you for the support everyone.
Cuilidh I live in Christchurch,  so having the thermomix is great as we have had to move because of the earthquakes and our new temporary place hasn't got very good cooking facilities.

Those earthquakes have been absolutely horrible hjanearmstrong. I couldn't imagin how scary they would be to live through. We dont have earthquakes here ( or atleast dont feel them). The TM would make life so much easier for you.

Oh you poor things. The TMX will certainly make it easier for you to prepare your meals in temporary accommodation if necessary.  I am originally from just out of Wellington so have been watching all the earthquakes over there with great sadness.  Chch is such a beautiful city I just hope that everything will stop shaking now and that all the various stresses have worked themselves out.

Take care.

Welcome hjanearmstrong. We listen to the news of the earthquakes in Christchurch and feel great sadness. Hopefully all will settle quickly and your lives will be back to normal.
