Hello from Townsville
«

Hello I'm Helen,
I'm a stay at home, homeschooling Mum to 4 little ones.
I love to drink copious amounts of coffee, read and scrap book when I have time
and enjoy having friends over for meals...
Looking forward to learning lots about how to use 'Martha' and make my life a little
less busier - smile...
enjoy your day

Hi marthaskitchen, welcome to the forum. Your life sounds a busy one so you will find the TMX a great help - it can be cooking and stirring whilst you are attending the children's needs. Our Quirky Jo also home schools and
her blog
is amazing. especially if the children have intolerances. As you get to know people on the forum, you will discover some very helpful blogs -
here's
another one from Chelsea. Could go on and on but I will leave you to find the rest for yourself. Have fun and let us know how things are going.

Hello and welcome Helen. I have very fond memories of Townsville (and there are probably a few things I should remember but are a blur)

Hi Helen and welcome. Do you tramp up that enormous hill you have there very often?

I must agree re the hill marthaskitchen. We drove up several times when we were over there, but did see lots of people running/walking. I was told that the army train up the 'goat track.'

Castle Hill holds many special memories for DH - he lived at the top end of Stanley St up until we were married. On reading these posts over my shoulder - his comment re the walk to the top,
a leisurely stroll up that goat track
- I need to mention he is still super fit, his mid life crisis(and he is about to make the transition from the mid life category) involved not lawn bowls but becoming an aerobics instructor at the gym - taking up to 9 classes a week!!!!!!! A bit of trivia for all!!!!
