Tagging a Thermomix
« on: June 23, 2011, 11:54:33 am »
I am helping prepare some simple food for a study and want to use my thermomix but have been told I have to have it tagged before I can use it. There were no points on the case that they could check for this procedure which leaves me in the position of having to have it commercially tagged or being able to prove its double insulated. This is difficult as there is no symbol for this on the machine.
Can anyone help re the double insulation or give me some other method of satisfying the requirements.
I don't want to pay for commercial tagging for something that does not pay for itself.
Help please

I'm not sure where you are but here in Western Australia you could probably have it checked by an electrician who could then tag it for you.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We have to have ours tagged by an electrician to do some of the fetes and festivals etc. Have it done by an electrician as Cookie said ... but I am in WA too  ;)
