Hello
« on: June 25, 2011, 07:45:11 am »
Hi everyone

Wow this forum is amazing, I've put a lot of my friends (thermomixers & non thermomixers) on to it!

My Name is Danielle, just about to turn 30 (ekkkk!) & I'm married with 2 & a half year old son.

I've owned my thermomix for 4 months now & I'm so in love with it!

My hubby & I own a landscape garadening business & I'm a trainee manager for Lorraine Lea Linen, both of these occupations run me ragged, so the thermomix haa been my saviour!

Welcome! It is a great site isn't it?

I'm looking forward to my Thermomix arriving in a few days time. It's going to be such a time saver and I'm sure I'll be trying out lots of the recipes from the site.

Happy cooking :)

Welcome to the forum Danielle.  Gee didn't know that linen company was still around.  I went to a couple of their parties before I was married and that is now 36 years ago!!!!

Hi Danielle, welcome to the forum.  Sounds like a very busy life you have and don't worry about turning 30 - you are but a babe, I'll be 65 this year but I can still clearly remember the day I turned 30.  Love the way you have referred non-TMX owners to our site, are you hoping to get them hooked on the little wonder too  :D :D

Gosh I only turned 30 last year JD but can't remember it clearly now (baby brain, not alcohol sadly :P).

The reason I remember it so well Chelsea is that I was having a party at home that night but during the afternoon (it was a Saturday) most of the people who were invited to the party decided to drop in for a quick hello and ended up drinking all the grog and nibbles and I had to go out and buy more after they went home and before the real party started.

Sorry to crash your thread Danielle  :-*

Hi Danielle and welcome to the forum.  Not only is your TMX of great benefit to you but you will find this forum of help and support in so many areas - many of which you would not think possible upon joining. Cheers  :)  :)

I can remember my 30th well too. Although like Judy it was a little while ago (32 years :)) I made DH clear out our enormous shed and decorated that and had a lovely party and no house to clear up. Only a shed to put all the tools etc back into.

Apologies Danielle.
