Johnro - Another legendary dish Judy, thank you so much for the conversion - made this for dinner - used 1kg chuck steak so we have enough for lunches tomorrow.
TM Ted - Another winner from Judy's repertoire. I made this & DW finished it off with a stir fry vegee dish she made up and some mashed potatoes. It was exceptional.
Chelsea - This was such an easy dish to make and so delicious served with mashed potatoes. Thanks for yet another family favourite JD!
Zan - Really yummy. Used chick peas and mushrooms. Everyone loved it. Will make again. Thanks JD.

Oh J D, it sounds really tasty, but I can not make it for a while, I have all our food until we leave Thursday, when we get back. You are such. Super star with all your recipes.
Boys fav soup is your chicken and veggie and I love it too.

Thanks girls. Twitterpated, there really is nothing to converting once you start. It's getting started that is the hardest thing but after you've done a few it really is so easy. In the beginning I would never have believed I would ever be able to do it but now I can't look at a normal recipe book or magazine without looking to convert everything I fancy.

Im glad you commented on your Mashed potato JD having whole grain mustard through them as I was looking at the photo for awhile trying to work out what was in them lol.
The recipe looks yummy, do you think the beans could be left out? As my kids would turn their nose up at beans and wouldnt even try it.

Of course Mandi, leave them out. Plain would be fine or if you wanted to, you could add some extra water and some small pasta to bulk it out or just add some vegies instead of the beans.

You could always puree the beans before you started and then add them in at the end

Thanks for that. I will give it a go with extra veggies I think. Got to sneak them in where I can with my fussy DS 4 and DD 7. The older kids are not to bad now with their veggies.

Another winner from Judy's repertoire. I made this yesterday afternoon before I went to the Prospect Back to Basic's class. DW finished it off with a stir fry vege dish she made up and some mashed potatoes.
I got home too late to eat, but I did taste it and it was exceptional. I am looking forward to lunch. DW and DS #2 enjoyed it as well.
