« on: June 26, 2011, 09:30:37 am »
Hi,

I am brand new to the world of Thermomix and don't even own one yet.  I am a SAHM to 2 girls and I live in Sydney.

Cheers!

Hi Booklou and welcome to the forum. Are you intending on buying a TMX? The benefits are amazing as I'm sure you'll see on this forum.

Hi and welcome Booklou,
If you are looking at purchasing a TM this is a great place to start. You can ask any question you want about them and the benefits etc as there is always someone who can help. The only negative thing I can think of is the price but it really is worth every cent to Me and many others.

Hi Booklou, welcome to the forum.  You are obviously interested in the TMX or you wouldn't have joined us.  Have a look around the forum, check out all the things we can do with our machines, find out how much we all love it then go off and order one  ;)

Hi Everyone,

Thanks so much for the welcomes :)  Much appreciated.  I am hosting a demo on July 9, so that DH can see what I am raving about.  I am really looking forward to it, and hopefully getting a positive response from him.  Luckily my BIL uses one every day so I am hoping that a man to man conversation will also help.

Interest free this month, could be a good time. Only had mine a month and don't know how I survived without. Use it at least 3 times a day and now getting a second bowl. Packed away all my other gadgets.

Very excited - just hope hubby says yes!

Good luck with the demo.  A surprising number of husbands "fall" at the demo and agree to go with the purchase so my fingers are crossed that all turn out well for you.
