Hi Fiona, welcome to the forum.  So who is going to be the main cook in the house - did DH buy it for himself or buy it for you?
There is nothing not to love about this appliance and our enthusiasm for it never wanes so enjoy your new toy and let us know what you are cooking etc.

Hi from Mandurah Fiona,I have had my Thermie for about 3 weeks, don't know what I did without it. The forum is wonderful also although I spend too much time on it!  I am now chasing a second bowl,
Enjoy Denise

Hi Fiona, welcome from another Fiona!

We've had our thermomix for over a year now and DH probably uses it more than I do (he works from home so around the house more than me). We love it and cook so many things that we wouldn't have done before - DH is particularly good at spicy sauces - hot but so good.

Hope you really enjoy your new kitchen helper!

Hi and Welcome Fiona.
I wont let my DH any where near my TM, He is somewhat kitchen Illiterate . He pretty good with the BBQ though. When we first got together 13 + years ago he used to wash up in cold water. Im still training him and think maybe one day I might let him turn it off for me when Im busy doing something else lol.
Its nice to see both DW and DH's using the TM.

Hello and welcome Fiona. You won't find anyone here that isn't as equally hooked on their TMX as you. I've had mine 3yrs in October and still marvel and what it leads me to make. Happy cooking.

Hi Fiona and welcome to the forum - you are probably in a minority in that your DH purchased thermie, generally females need to convince their partners of the value for this little wonder.  :)  :)  :)
