waiting for my thermomix... one more sleep?

Hi all... My name is Nikki... got a gorgeous hubby, and two darling princesses, and am really excited to be joining this forum,
I think I have only one more sleep to go, and I can be an official Thermomix Owner!
It was despatched on Friday, so fingers crossed I can be enjoying a nice warm chocolate custard or sweet sorbet this time tomorrow night
Until then, I am enjoying all the hints and tips in this forum, and even more than that, I am soooo looking forward to trying out all the yummy recipes.

Hi Nikki, welcome to the forum. Are you having a delivery demo or is your machine just arriving in the mail tomorrow. Keep reading, you have a lot to plough through
Look forward to hearing how you enjoy cooking with the Thermomix.

Hi Nikki and welcome ... will you sleep tonight??!!
I still love the excitement when I deliver a TMX to a customer, it gives me a real buzz as well and brings back wonderful memories from 3 years ago

Thanks for the welcome
My consultant is a close friend so if it arrives today she'll bring it over and set me up. Already got plans to make CADA, mushroom risotto and strawberry sorbet

Yay!
It arrived last night just in time to make mushroom risotto. Followed by fresh strawberry sorbet! Yum.
After our first TM porridge, DD7 said "I love the thermomix. I wonder what's for lunch." I think it goes without saying that we have been well and truly won over.
