Hello I am from Melbourne Australia
« on: July 06, 2011, 05:46:09 am »
Hi,

I am new to this forum. Glad to know there is a huge following on thermomix. I was just given a Thermomix 21 that was made in Germany.

Was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the manuals for it in English?

If I had recipes from Thermomix 31, was it a direct translation to Thermomix 21? Do I need to do any adjustments if not?

Your wonderful help is much appreciated.

Hello Jacanne, welcome to the forum.  This thread may answer some of your questions.  I'll see if I can find out anymore information on the forum for you.  We have members who own this model so they will be able to answer your questions.

Here's another one.

Hi and welcome.
My Mum has a TM21 model, and to convert it is usually just up 1 speed higher than what is for the TM31.

We bought Mums secondhand, it was used for 1 month, but no manual.
It still has the time, temp, speed to set, but no reverse.
