After just the first use I started looking at the expensive ones online, I loved the apples this morning and added watermelon and oranges to it this morning before going to work. I know the novelty will wear off but think it's something I could end up getting much more use than expected from.

I doubt there will be much left of the watermelon after dehydrating as it is about 91% water . LOL!

Does it make a lot of noise.

Gert thats what I thought but a few people online mentioned they loved it. I wouldn't imagine there will be much left but I'll be interested to see what it looks like when I get home tonight.

Jamberie I am very disappointed in my Sunbeam one too.

I have just bought another 2 of the Tovolo ice-cream containers and a cupcake batter pen to use with the kids new donut-maker machine - purely due to the influence of the people on this forum  :-))

Ooohhh, what is a batter pen and do I need one?

Love the girl and boy charms Maddy. I'm thinking of getting a black leather bracelet and making up a Christmas bracelet. The leather ones only hold about 6 charms and I've looked at some pretty Christmas charms.

It is kind of like a squeezy sauce bottle with a wider neck that you put batter in to pour it easily into whatever you want to cook it in.  Apparently perfect for donut makers, pancakes, pikelets etc ........

I got mine from Wheel&Barrow
