I just showed some of the staff at Morpeth - they all remember the old Sunbeam Mixmaster and one of the young girls even has one! They were very impressed Sue.

Love your gift ES you have a very thoughtful DH. Love the color. My mum had one when we were kids, but it was white/ cream.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

A new book arrived in the post today, looking forward to sitting down and reading it.

And another couple that arrived last week. The Anna Jones book is a vegetarian book and looks good.

My Christmas pressie finally arrived. DH surprised my by having my sunbeam mixmaster reconditioned and resprayed green. I can't wait to try it

Stunning ES!!!  What fabulous thinking your hubby has ES, that is really impressive.  Where do you take something like this to be restored?

Many years ago, I had purchased vintage sunbeam mixers in that green, pink, blue & white....with the visions of having mixer display in our kitchen renovation/extension plans.  Needless to say, they are still packed safely in the shed, waiting for that day to happen  :P

I haven't bombed you with pics for quite a while...so here goes   ;D

Sadly for my CC, that naughty Cath Kidston has been having sales

.....oh, that does look bad all in a row  :-\

I managed to find another vintage cornishware linen tablecloth, but in pristine condition!!  The other I found years ago has a stain, but will actually use that one now on the table, & the perfect one put away safely

A set of cappuccino cups & a globe teapot I'll use as vase

And a few of these rustic lazy susans, 1 for condiments on the table & the others for displaying my packages of wax melts.

I am done  :P

Maddy's back  :D :D  One of those handbags would go really nicely with the lovely apron my not-so-secret-santa sent me a while back.  ;)  Do you have a spare room in which to keep all your handbags maddy LOL.
