However, muffins tend to be stickier. I think that it's the aerosol in the sprays that cause the problems with non stick surfaces. I would go back to the old fashioned method of a pastry brush and melted butter, or the cake release that has been posted on this forum. Good luck!

Good luck!Unfortunately the sprays are a no-no for non stick bakeware, as well as non stick pans.....I have ruined a few before I realised this Butter, or try fundj's cake release recipe.
