Maddy where do you find all those amazing magazines?  I love home/interior mags but have never come across some of those.

Snappy, I get my local store/post office to order them in for me .  Not many news agents carry them.  I love these romantic ones, they showcase all styles, but heavy on the girly/gorgeous themes  ;) and also there's not many ads in them either.
Romantic homes and Romantic country (quarterly) are my bibles  :P

CLARIFICATION.......the doggy in the dishwasher pic is not my dishwasher  :P  I don't own a d/washer......and I don't want you all to think I actually let our dogs lick the plates clean   :D........although it would conserve water  :P

DG I am very clever. DS was given an $80 voucher for xmas & birthday. He wanted to buy skylanders, found them  elsewhere so we swapped. Yay $80 voucher, xmas was long ago, DH forgets, so ended up paying $40 in cash & the voucher, what a bargain.LOL

We are off to JB HI FI today, i have $100 voucher, (DH returned faulty modem)  ds wants skylanders so will use the voucher & keep his cash. :)

So so easy ;D

Gert, Maddy is the crazy shopper ;D not me ??? ??? Arent you Maddy :)

We bought a tractor and it was delivered today.  Not really cooking related but it's taken 8 years to get one.  Needless to say by partner is very excited.  I have lots of credits in the spending game, so now I won't feel guilty about indulging in some kitchen purchases.

Now we can start ticking off all those jobs.  The food related ones are:
* flatten and prepare the site for the green house.  We scored a glass green house for free, we just had to dismantle and move it.
* Redesign the veggie garden, we are going to terrace the area and pave the paths.  We scored about 3,500 pavers off ebay for $1.04 for the lot, again we had to lift them and transport home.

Yes, I agree - I love a bargain and if you are prepared to remove them for the owner to get them at that price, full credit to you.  I guess you are going to re-lay them yourselves too.

That stand would be very impressive for a high tea maddy.  Umm, how long will it be before you have to buy a new house, surely you are running out of room by now  ??? ;D

WW have a new book out called "Food for Friends", such mouthwatering recipes in there and only 10 bucks. I can see I'll be doing some TM conversions from it. They have PC & SC recipes as well - one day hopefully they will include TM.

Beautiful cake stand Maddy, I'm just waiting for the day you open your own cafe.  I can just image eating mouth watering cakes of beautiful china.

Will be laying the pavers ourselves, I have garden envy of the veggie patch on Gardening Australia.  So that's my goal with my own garden.

Keiramax - this sounds wonderful!!  Yes, I'd give my eyetooth for that veg patch!!  Congratulations on the acquisition of the pavers - but a heck of a job to get them up and to your place.  The greenhouse makes me totally greeneyed . . . *sigh*

The tractor will make life so much easier! A prize at the end of a very long wait!!
