And my nutcracker turned up yesterday, he's so gorgeous I bought another one.....purely for symmetry purposes on the mantle  ;) :P

They are 15 inches tall, so you won't miss them  ;D

But it's true!!!  That is my biggest problem with reading e-books on the ipad.  I often snooze off and the ipad smacks me in the face .......... hurts much more than any paperback ever did  >:(

Can alway lie on your tummy with the ipad on the bed.... ;)
:D

Just brought two more Tessa Kiros cookbooks,  "Apples for Jam" and "Food from Many Greek Kitchens".  Once back from holidays will order her new one "Limoncello & Linen Water".

The newest book looks great I had a very long browse while I was in Brisbane a couple of weekends back - her books make such interesting reading and then there are the recipes!!  :)
Robyn from Rockhampton, Qld  :)

I used to have a handle on life, then it broke.

I agree Johnro.  I also had a look at her newest one today and on the Book Depository you can preorder her next one which was a surprise.

Bought a double pipe loaf tin.  Very old,  possibly 1920's.  worked well,  but good to have 2  TMX bowls.

Pipe loaf tin in background.  Pipe loaves on left and SD on right.

Nice pipe loaves ACW. I have a single pipe loaf tin and cooked in it once and dough came out through hinges. Very messy and not as good looking as yours.

Hi Kimmyh there is quite a bit of info about Crio Bru on these links as well as the Crio Bru site http://www.criobru.com.au/
am planning on using it in recipes. Just sitting down with a cup of it now, rather than my usual hot chocolate.

Kim,  that happened to me with my single tin. The trick is to use 480g flour and cut the water down a bit.
