I love my microplane.  I have one of those long, thin ones.

I have the same one as Cookie and apart from citrus rind, it's also great for ginger and parmesan to finish off pasta meals.

I lurve my Microplanes - and they're a whole lot easier to wash up than the TM.  Just have to be sooo carefull.  I received to new ones from the US as a gift last week and used them for the first time on Friday - the wound is still bleeding.  :-\

I accidentally bought 2 new dinner sets from Peter's yesterday morning. They are the Royal Doulton Gordon Ramsay ones in a lovely pale duck egg blue. They will replace the willow pattern that we've eaten off for 22 years now.  I'm hoping that the bloke won't notice the change!  :D

Amanda....tell him it was either this dinner set or paper plates!

Well, I have some show & tell, but keep in mind it's over several days, and not just today...I wouldn't want you to think I have a shopping addiction or anything like that  :P

day on the green concert tickets for Feb., which will be at the winery just 4 minutes down the road from my place   8)

Some cath kidston goodies, padded oilcloth ipad case, gadget bag & lanyard

The 4 ingredient girl thermo cookbook...worth a look see

Oodles of candy necklaces....just so I could get blue ones for some cool cake pops I'm making at Christmas...also snowflake sprinkles, cordial cup chocolate moulds, and mini jelly beans......these pops better look fantastic, or I'll throw a major tantie over the cost of them!

The most gorgeous, soft, baby pink blanket, and the fur is like tiny rosebuds.....it's my curl up on the couch blanket.

And at the same store, I picked up this gorgeous lace hemmed tablecloth.   I've been eyeing it off for at least 18 months, but was too expensive....so I persuaded her to knock it down in price  ;)

And for the Christmas stocking for DD....a hoodie featuring what she's crazy about

llamas & Bananas  :P  why...I have no idea....she's a little quirky   :P

And  tshirt  she will love!

the end  :)

After being irritated three times today because I didn't have Helene's scrubbies or brushes I finally bit the bullet and ordered them. Have two scrubbies, two brushes and two spatulas headed my way.

I think I need a break from Internet shopping for a while now.
