Judy, I may have to give those a go as my DS announced tonight that he only likes mashed potatoes. I cooked sliced potatoes on the BBQ tonight and he said that they had no taste, and he wouldn't even try them!

I love potatoes done anyway ES but my GS doesn't even like chips, let alone mash.  Kids and their taste buds, hopefully they grow out of their dislikes.

I bought 4 soundtracks for the princely sum of US $365  (includes $51 postage) for

Star Trek: The Original Series - 15CDs of all the music ever recorded for it (and then some)
Die Hard III -- 2CDs
The Untouchables -- 2CDs
Home Alone 2 -- 2CDs (this is glorious music, seasonal too)

The Untouchables is one of my favourite movies ;D

Agreed though I haven't seem it in years. Must rent it again.

Obbie, that's great the bag was lovely. Where is it from?

I've been doing lots of shopping lately but nothing today. I did buy more lingerie yesterday, I'm a sucker for expensive matching lingerie and Bendon online sent me another email about their 70% off clearance, there just happened to be another matching set in my size - I just had to get it!!!

Just a note for those with kids.  I know this is verrrryyyy early but if you want kids school shoes for next year. B E T T S kids have 25% off airflex I think till the end of December.  Just type in Earlybird in the promotional field in the shopping cart page and it gives you 25% off.  Free Shipping in Australia too !

Just thought I'd let you all know ......... It also applies in store !

Hope this of some help to those with school kids !

Called at Kitchewarehouse again. I really should stay away from it. I bought some great serviettes( far too expensive but I won't tell anyone). A small decorating kit, and some bags for the nuts I am yet to make.

Also some cute little jars for my Gentleman's relish.

My DH couldn't understand my dirty look when he pulled out my special pack of serviettes recently. He wasn't to know the price, but I was saving them for when I have my girlfriends over and not for a pizza night with the neighbours who would have been just as happy with no name cheapies.
