Maddy that looks like a Tonka Tractor but no doubt costs a wee bit more.

LOL...it does in that picture  :P  wish it had the same price tag as a tonka!

Must have been very frustrating and nasty to have bought a Lemon. Name and Shame I say. I feel sorry for farmers who get dudded.
Gert

this is the 2nd new tractor we've had major mechanical issues with.  What's infuriating is that this time, it's kaput because 1 bolt wasn't tightened up enough in the engine, at the manufacturers
The consumer loses again  :-))

Choice magazine???  ;D

This is just deplorable!!!! Putting machinery together.. check/check again/have it checked by someone else!!!  Whatever has happened to accountability???

Wow wonder that's a fair effort. Don't think I've reached $100 there yet.

Quick trip in town today to buy mums birthday present and couldn't resist these pjs pants.

I have these with the grey top :) so warm :)

Maybe you could just tell us the atrocious company name without saying atrocious. Like I bought a  blank  from blank and it died. No harm in that.. We say it all the time about other products being unsatisfactory or the service being bad like the William Sonoma problems in Sydney.

What blows my mind is that they can spend the time trolling public forums to see what people are saying about them, instead of ringing their customers & leaving them in the lurch for months!

Nikkit,
google   Fox Lights
I sell them, and they work, keeps foxes and dingoes away.

....they have worked for us.  We also bought 2 Alpacas, so they help look after the lambs as well.
Trouble is, when foxes are hungry, they will hunt through the day unfortunately.

Yes, they do a great job.  Our stock are located on another property, so the alpacas are low maintenance & eat what the sheep do  :)

Maddy did you end up every getting the furniture from the supplier you had problems with?

I just noticed the Great Australian Bake Off book amongst the latest social club books at work for only $15, I thought it was only a new release.

Obbie - but do the lights works during the day? It seems that this is the time we are losing chooks, not at night when they are locked up.  :(
No to alpacas, llamas and mareema doggies thanks, have enough livestock on our big farm here...all of 5 acres.
Oh and Gert I'd love to be a able to shoot the sod, it would really make my day, but being on 5 acres the neighbours are a tad close and I don't think they'd appreciate me out there with the old shotgun! They are all "city slickers turned farmers" :-)) :-)) :-)) and  don't see the need for a death once in a while.
Don't have a drizabone...but could see a nice fox trim on my spotty horses saddle blanket.

maddy - keep on the companys back, ring them every day, be their worst nightmare, it may not help the tractor, but it will annoy them every day... even better if you can get a direct line to the boss. Good luck.

They flash on and off, to scare dingoes and foxes.

I have 3 lots of customers who have bought them from and and swear on them.

They have won awards too.

I say just get the shotgun out. No one will know it is you. Is it just easy pickings for the fox or are they short of food?

I was out today, DH heard a kerfuffle and when he went to investigate found Jaxon the Jack Russell cross staring at a Willy Wagtail on the patio looking decidedly sleepy. Ummmm.  When asked Jaxon had no idea how it got there. Poor Willy. It must have been in the house as there were a few feathers in the living room.

Maddy friends of ours have just put 2 alpacas in with their sheep. They say others round them have done it and it works.

With your other experiences have you spoken with consumer affairs? The ones over here are very helpful.

Love the tractor. How many horsepower?

I will be interested to see what you thin of the Bake off book, I have been looking at it.

Plenty of food around Gert, bunnies galore, and almost everyone has chooks etc here.
Maybe they just like ours - they are pretty fat and healthy ;D
Soooo tempted to shoot it!
