I thought I'd pop over to garden City and pick up a copy for Xmas for my DD. Great to look thru while I wait for the postie.

What a lovely Mum. It will possibly save her from borrowing yours.  ;)

She lives in Melbourne cookie  :D the other one lives in Sydney as well as DS. All 3 have thermies in their kitchens so it costs me a fortune buying these books, so I have to rein myself in and stagnate purchases. Helps if I win copies tho  ;)

I had visions of her returning after Christmas with your book under her arm!

Mine is on the way too Julie, in fact I received notification that 4 parcels have been dispatched to me today.

I love getting things in the mail.  Nothing I like better than seeing the words "on board with driver"  ;D

I agree Julie, the only problem is if you are not going to be home and the parcel gets left at the front door.  That always worries me.  I have 2 days with no meals out with friends this week and that's Wed & Thursday so hopefully they will come on those days before I leave to visit Geoff in the early afternoon, especially the 18kg box from my DD in Melbourne.

I have just done a good Williams & Sonoma order, everything I ordered was reduced :)

Bought some more of their gold bakeware as it just falls out of the tins :) plus quite a few extra things ;D

My book arrived this morning from Tenina. DH was home to sign for it. I had to do the books for the club so I haven't even had a look. I find it easier not to look than to have to put it down.

Your willpower is phenomenal. As well as the look in the bookshop, I was having quick peeps at the traffic lights.  Recipes look very do able.

Have been away for a few days and have succumbed after reading about everyone ordering/buying.   Have ordered, and patiently waiting on delivery, will be a birthday present to myself.

DH was home at mail time and their was a parcel for me, thankfully it is my Mums Christmas present and not something I wanted to fly under the radar.

I like mine to arrive on car club days but it doesn't always happen either.  :)
