I understand about shops going out of business and have much sympathy for them. I recently bought a new sewing machine and then the shop went out of business (wonderful shop it was) and now I am trying to learn how to work it out of the book. Lets keep buying in our local shops for as long as possible.

I try and buy local where I can. I refuse to shop at Coles/ Woolworths and happily drive across town to IGA. I buy our fruit and veg from the markets (the local sellers) and at Christmas I bought locally and much of it hand made. Internet has its purpose but so do small businesses and they are the backbone of this country. I hope you are in business for a while longer Marina.

RED....goes faster :)...they actually call it Rock Lobster....its my "my kids almost have their licenses" car.  My son has submitted his logbook and my daughter is on track to get hers done by May so I've finally been able to get a "ME" car.  Its a two door Wrangler and its soooooo much fun to drive.  I'm hoping to get away for a girls Dirty Weekend that a group run up here where you go away for the weekend to Moreton to go glamping and 4WDing....I get to leave the teenagers and husband at home!

That sounds awesome Stacelee!  You'll have to try and keep the keys from the kids!

Wow. A red Wrangler. You lucky girl. Bet it is amazing.

The kids are not going ANYWHERE near my new baby.  My son is buying my old fiesta off of me and my daughter bought her own car before she even got her learners last year (guess which child will be supporting me in my old age....wasn't even 16 and managed to pay for a car from her part time job....the other child will be living with me in his old age!)  My husband I agreed to let drive it only because it was sad seeing a mature man pout like a 2 year old....do they EVER grow up!
