Went out for lunch with a GF yesterday and then spotted this book.  At $10 I had to buy it. :)

Went to Luke Mangans Salt tapas bar yesterday and bought his book. Hope to make some and share the recipes.

Also had dinner at Sarong and bought their ibook, looks amazing.

Um er, I can't see any pictures. Is it just me and my iPad?

I'm on my computer Cookie, I think Margaret forgot to post the picture and Hally's post doesn't sounds as if she posted a picture.

Not exactly shopping as we didn't part with $$$ yet!
We went to the Miele centre and checked out ovens for our new home. We have booked into a demo next Sat. $25.00 for 2 includes a 4 course meal, so looking forward to that.

No, I have a steam microwave oven and don't use it very much.  We are thinking a speed oven(combi microwave convection oven, small 43litre) and a pyrolytic 76l and a warming draw. Look lovely, just need to make sure they bake well.  The 76l has a shot of steam feature so thinking it will be great for bread. Exciting but scary as all good things cost $$$$$.

Expensive but don't stint on things you use ever day.

Denise, have you checked out Siemens ovens besides Miele? I attended their free demo which included food last year. Their ovens are quite impressive.

Thanks Mab. I have that book and love it, but I did pay more than $10.
