.......This thread had to happen!  :P

What was in your shopping bag today?
I may have led some into temptation previously  :D  but I prefer to think we are showing each other some options  ;)

Great idea.  I assume you are referring to kitchenware, rather than cooking ingredients??

I bought this knife set recently and absolutely love them.  :)

Maddy, where do you store all that stuff  ??? ???   As the Queen of Cupcakes and decorating in general, I know you will be producing some new masterpieces to share with us - not literally, we have to settle for photos but they do give us so much pleasure so we will have to be content with that.

I managed to avert my eyes, just in time.

I did copy the European Buttercream recipe though!

I've recently bought these:

I wanted them to use as individual pie tins. I'm trying to get rid of a lot of junk in my second cutlery drawer. I emptied it into a box, then as I needed something, I took it out and when finished with it, placed it back in the drawer. My drawer is much tidier and cleaner now. It took about two weeks to use everything that I would normally use.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I must be going crazy/crazier. I'm sure I replied to this post. Maddy I am going to try and stay away from it. I think TRY is the word. I'm going to the Good Food and Wine Show on Friday. I'm sure I'll find some new ways to spend money there.

George and Gary will be there, we're going to their 'show.' Manu and Matt Moran will also be there. Hopefully TMX will be there. They said they were last year but I didn't see them on the Friday.  I have a lovely day, tasting food and wine. I catch the train so I don't have to drive.
