 :D :D  I love the fig...most emile henry over here is either blue, white, red and sometimes yellow.. probably have to find the actual Emile Henry 'home' town!!

As you know I went to Ardingly Antiques Fair today and I purchased an Edwardian Chair, a round Foot Stool,a Basket, a Glass Vase,Glass Water Jug,3 Glass Jam Jars ,a couple of Cup Handles,an Old Bread Tin and a Pilcher. :-)) :-)) I will get photos posted but the chair in still in the car as it's raining and we will unload it when stops. ;D ;D  You could say I had a superb shopping spree :D :D :D

Sorry Frozzie I should have said cup shaped drawer handles.I have got this mad idea of painting my bedroom furniture and want to change the drawer handles to a different style.They were only a £1 each, so if they look naff I can change my mind. :P

My butter bell is a Le Creuset one that I got from Amazon.  The cost including delivery was $42, so it actually worked out cheaper than getting the one in Australia.  It matches my other LeC stuff so was happy about that.  ;D

Cc,  I love the English car boot sales and antique fairs...so jealous.
I got a butter bell locally also,works a charm,looks cute also. Hally,you fill a cup like part with water and it seals your butter keeping it fresh outside of the fridge.
