I made this yesterday for our curry night. I followed Lelly's suggestion and used coconut cream. If I made it again, I'd probably add a squeeze more lime.

Our guests said it was delicious. DH thought it was a tad too "coconutty". The texture is still really nice today (as is the taste!)

GF and Katie,  thanks for reminding me of the recipe.   Will make again when weather warms up.

I made it again last week and served it with Alyce's QFIT tropical sorbet.  It was delicious and great with the tropical sorbet which was quite tart.

I see this recipe was featured on the forum Facebook site the other day.

I made this today and used fresh coconut cream, ( from the dairy dept. in the Supermarket). Also only had bottled lime juice which was a bit old.  Added a squeeze of lemon juice.  It is indeed very nice and a break from Ice Cream.
