I made this for dinner tonight.
I used this satay sauce recipe rather than the can.
http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/recipes/peanut-satay-sauce-thick/40448 I didn't have all the ingredients for CC's satay sauce so used this one instead which was very easy, simple and tasty surprisingly since it really didn't have a lot of ingredients. The risotto turned out really nice. It was quite rich so you definitely couldn't eat a lot of it. Hubby and I were impressed although the kids weren't massive fans (probably because it was so rich I'd say plus one is sick atm).
Thank you for sharing, the recipe was very easy to follow and something different to the usual risotto I make.
