I personally do not see much point in preparing scrambled eggs in the TMX.
The routine I have been using for many decades is somewhat different from the usual suspects and I prefer it, especially if cooking for several people and wanting to keep the eggs warm in a chafer.
This is the way it was done by my grandpa's cook when I was a child and there were many people needing to be served, though not all at once.
