Does anyone know if Thermomix will be at the Ekka in Brisbane?

Ah ha, the annual agricultural show - however do they get that from EKKA?

It's lovely that it is called something other than Royal..........Show.

Did anyone else see TMX on Food Safari last night?  It seemed to pop up everywhere.

I was so hoping to get a response. Being in central Qld I rarely get to mix with other TMX owners or see stalls, etc. I happen to be going to Brisbane and having never been to the Ekka thought I would go. It then occurred to me that Thermomix might be there seeing as I have read quite a few posts about other shows that they have been at. My excitement has hit a brick wall now but I'll still check the list of exhibitors anyway.

Thanks dede. I hope so too. I would really like to see someone there and thought I might even meet someone from the forum. It's so nice to put a face to the name.

Yes cookie1, well my boys were watching it and called me (i was cooking) to see Zumbo (that's how we knicknamed our TMX) in action!  The little boudins they were making looked great.

Exhibition aka Ekka

Qlders are very energy efficient and won't say a full word if they can abbreviate it.   :D

I dunno.  I ask a Banana Bender friend if they had retic and they had NO idea what the hell I was talking about!  Once I described that it was the sprinklers that pop up, ie, reticulation, they then worked out that I meant Automatic sprinkler system.  :-)) Ha ha.  I think retic is easier to say. :P

I have expected to see them there in past years but they haven't been and we're not even taking cattle this year so won't get to meet up this time.  :(

What a shame Nay-Nay. I would have really liked to catch up and talk TMX.
