Loving TMX in Perth
« on: August 03, 2011, 06:09:49 am »
Hi All - I am new to the forum and had my TMX since April. It seemed that we were they only household that didn't have one but weren't sure. Hubby & I researched for six months and were seeing more of the positives. Then Surprise - Happy Birthday the family presented me with one for my birthday. I had never been to a demo or seen one in action. I have to say I/we haven't looked back. The WHOLE family loves it. Even my hubby who is a non-cook. I convert a lot of my own recipes and use it every day. I am forever searching for new recipes. We stick to a very low carb diet so recipe finding is a bit more difficult. I haven't used the varoma a lot but am getting used to it, although I have perfected veal involtini! I am a creature of habit and still prefer to revert back to the stovetop or microwave for some things. I have some really good successes and some disasters. I am determined to get the bread right and muffins. I don't know if you will ever convert me with muffins. This forum is a fantastic resource & I have learnt so much from it. Cheers  :D

Welcome KK

Muffins I add my wet ingredients to the bowl and mix on speed 4 for about 5 seconds, then add my dry ingredients and only use 2-3 quick turbo pulses until it is just mixed  ;)
