I don't seem to remember these, more old timers disease!  Imagine saying to someone "oh, these are baked bean muffins". Judy I will have to try them just to be able to say I have made them. Do you think the baked bean haters in the family would know?
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Not at all cookie, I had to tell my visitors - they didn't pick it.  Perhaps halve the recipe, it does make a lot.

Thanks. I may make the full amount and give some to the couple we went away with, he is very conscious of what he eats.
