Balsamic Salad Dressing

Put 1 clove garlic in in the thermomix and chop at speed 7 for 3 seconds

Insert butterfly

Add:

Freshly ground pepper
Salt
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Blend at speed 4 for 1 minute

pour over leafy greens and enjoy!

thanks for this monkeyboyzmum. my DH usually liberally throws the balsamic vinegar over the salad and its just not balanced. He's seen too many male chefs on TV doing a bit of this and a bit of that. I will probably add a teensy bit of sugar as well.

Salads I love Hally and even eat them in winter. But HOT weather-not for me.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
