Hope you get instant attention from H.O. Yvette.  I was without mine for a while just before the 2 year warranty ran out and I thought I'd be lost without it but we just had different types of meals and ate out a lot more.

Thanks Judy yes I will have to adapt my meals and hope it comes back quickly. I have only had mine for about 1 year so I was glad to hear the warranty was 2 years. I can't remember the date I received it.

I stapled the invoice inside the owners manual - easy to find there.

Yvette hi,

Unplug your Tm and wait at least 30seconds or 1 minute then plug it in and try again.

OMG is there nothing worse than a TMX that doesn't work. I think we all live in fear of this happening to us. Hope it gets sorted quickly Yvette. Frozzie I hope your error isn't a sign of things to come. I know you've already had problems before. I have fingers crossed for you both.

Yes I agree twitterpated and i certainly hope not...but with something electrical there is bound to be weird things happen...as long as its not permanent and fro what I have heard it happens just as long as it doesnt reoccur...yvette hope that unplugging it for a while helps but I would still let head office or your consultant know incase in happens again if you get it working again  :)

Meagan and Frozzie I did unplug it and tried a few more things too. This has now happened my last two cooking days so it is something wrong with my TM that I cannot fix.
Thank you ladies for you kind wishes

Hi all

Just letting you know I spoke to HO this morning and my TM will be picked up on Wednesday by courier and then looked at and repaired by the people in Sydney. It will be approx 10 days. How will I cope for that long?

You will cope Yvette but you will miss it dreadfully and the empty space on your counter top will really be obvious  ;)
Pity they can't leave a loan one when they take our machines away but guess that would be asking too much.

I am just so happy that it is still under warranty for you. Hope the 10 days go quickly for you. Do you remember how to cook without a TM? I would have to really think ahead now if I had to go without my TM for that long.

Yes Judy a loan one would be great. Now I just need to find a box big enough to put it in. It has to be transported on its side with the lid locked into place.
