The porridge will seem thin as you pour it out into your dish but trust me and wait just one minute and it magically thickens to a creamy similar to rice pudding (not glutinous) texture. It has not stuck on the TM bowl but it is best to wash the TM bowl whilst your porridge thickens so as to prevent it from continuing to cook on the bottom.
Can I substitute water for milk? I use a saucepan since the one time I made it it was hard to clean the tmx
