I'm still on my first week so sticking to the book for the most part.
I had everything in the store cupboard other then enough red lentils, so as the book said yellow split peas can be subbed i did this, about 25red/75yellow.
Its meant to cook for 25mins or so, an hour later the yellow lentils are still hard
I def cant sub them with out a lot of presoaking first! Hoping they soften enough to eat the dahl at some point tonight!
