Just zapped all the very stale bread into crumbs in the TM & vacuum sealed it in individual bags.
New toy still working well and saving me heaps of space in the freezer. :) :) :)

Was just looking in to these. Can you use rolls with the one off the net? Can you make microwave meals?

Here's some details of the one Amanda posted - that should answer some of your questions but I don't about microwave meals snoozie.  I'm hoping to receive mine next week.

Hi CC,
I don't have that particular model but I do have one that functions the same. I currently have the lesser model of this one and I have been pleased with it and it is in good shape but I have to say that I would go for this one. The same make as mine but a more advanced model.

I know that it is quite a bit dearer but it has the added function of sucking withour crushing. I get fed up of freezing on open trays before I can put items in the freezer bags. If I don't then the food just gets broken and squashed.  I would upgrade my model if only they did this in white which I prefer.

OMG, I have repeated the word model four times in one paragraph. My English teacher would have had a fit! :o

Thanks for your advice Dot.I was attracted by the 50% off but because you have one and use it regularly I would definitely upgrade to the model that you recommend.

It might be useful to check on the kind of plastic used in the bags to make sure that they are safe to microwave. ;)

I wouldn't be reheating in plastic anyway but wondered about the slight undercooking and presentation factor as gifts.  What are the cannisters like?

About to buy one too lol
