Ok so I am gluten free and on very low lactose diet at the moment.  My dietitian wants me to try the RPAH Elimination diet to see if it helps with some other problems as well...

so I figure it's time for my thermomix to get a workout.

From what I can gather the RPAH Elimination Diet is basically the failsafe one.

Please send me through any ideas.

Meals, snacks etc.

Add RPAH Elimination to Gluten Free and Lactose Free is seeming tricky

Thanks

Hi Jules, tricky but do-able!  I bought the Thermomix because my son eats like you .... it has been a godsend!

I have made him crumpets, leek and potato soup, porridge (using rice flakes), rice and vegetable slice, banana cake (if you can tolerate amines), pear jam, chocolate mousse (no dairy!), rice pudding ....

There are lots of recipes out there in thermomix world!  Plus, you will learn to tweak ....
