Ingredients:1 onion, quartered
1 garlic
1 small carrot, chop roughly
1 tbsp olive oil
1 spring onion, both white and green
2 egg, seperate
1/4 cup breadcrumb (made in TMX)
600gr tofu
100gr cheddar cheese, cube
salt to taste
Preparation:Heat oven to 180
oC
