TM Blade discolouration?

does anyone else have a discoloured blade? mine is like a dark grey gunmetal type colour...im wondering if this is ok? it seems to still cut and do all the jobs as well but just thought i would check if this is normal? its around about 2 years old

Mine are the same mcm - mine are heading for 3 years but my second bowl is still nice and shiny at this stage as it hasn't had all that much use yet.
