There will be more recipes as all the (high unit selling) countries (Aus included) are going to be plugged into the back end to add recipes etc. That was the understanding that I got from the meeting I attended  :)

That sounds pretty good, I also have the MWOC but the extra features and updates down the track would be great. Will be waiting for it.

Thanks Faffa  :-*

I am a little disappointed with the price however. Especially when we've already invested in the cookbook. But some of the features will certainly be handy.

Now we just need someone tech savvy to develop a forum app  ;D

What's  wrong with the price? I think $10 is reasonable. Considering postage or even getting in the car to pick the book up from a consultant, $10 is cheap!

I  to comment because IWhatever have never given me a brass razoo. I will not be buying into the app tho cos I have all the books. Now should it have also included the Travelling with TM (which I am SICK  of waiting for - yes SICK SICK SICK) I might have been persuaded. Anyway, am getting sick (no, tired) of waiting for that book and have found this forum is the best thing that Vorwerk could ever invest in (not that they have thank God).

To get really good value out of your TM you don't need to invest in this i-application, and before you do so, I would recommend that you stay tuned to our forum website because it is completely FREE and will save you money. All of our members post because we want to share our recipes, and the i-phone etc app takes off websites such as ours and profits. To be upfront: our members don't have anything to gain by you being a member, and I really don't care what books Vorwerk bring out from now onwards because this website is always the BEST anyway because its from a volunantary netwook, and might not even buy their books because they are not living up to our forum. I really am sick of waiting to buy the Vorwork books and don't know why they have the restrictions. I have the money but don't have the time to waste on additional demonstrations and sh*t.

Hi everyone.  I don't have the equipment to make this relevant to me, but I did want to add into the discussion this info from Thermomix head office in Australia:

I will be getting it as I only have the EDC, and have wanted to look through MWOC. But dont worry, this forum is still the best and always will be!  ;D Where else can you get not only recipes, but encouragment, support, feedback, suggestions, tweaks, laughs and friendship... you lot are the best thing I've come across  :-* :-*

Go CP  :D :D  You have said what a lot of our members think and I applaud your guts and honesty at doing so.
MWOC was certainly the best of the big International recipe books to choose for the app, the others would not have been such good value so if I didn't have the book and had the capacity to take on the app, I would probably do so as it is a lot cheaper than the book. Having said that, I still like my books with pictures to take to bed and browse - don't know if you would get the same pleasure out of an app (do they have pictures?).

Totally agree with your views on the forum - no-one can dispute this is the best place to be for a TMX owner. It goes beyond just being a recipe source, great friendships are made here and advice given on any subject.   Can't beat that.

I am going to download the free version, but i have paid for mwoc so cant see the value of paying $9.99 which is the most expensive app i have seen.
