I also have the same one, but have never been completely happy with it.  ??? It doesn't seem to heat high enough and takes much longer than everyone else seems to estimate. After all the great reviews from others I'm always left wondering if we are doing something wrong but we follow the directions each time.

Is it still under warranty Wonder - if so, take it back and tell them your problems.  I bought a toastie toaster which didn't seem to get hot enough and they replaced it straightaway at the store I bought it.

Judy unfortunately it's out of warranty now. I did speak to the rep after we bought it and there was such a drMa arranging to send OT back I never bothered. We still use it but the pizzas just don't seem as good as they should and certainly don't look as good as Julies.

I made these this week.

Half dough went in freezer before rising at all. Remaining dough made 4 pizzas.

They look delicious DroverJess.  :)

I have scaled this recipe down further to make only 2 bases now as I wasn't that thrilled with the dough after freezing.  Seemed a little flaky, which may because of the time lapse between freezing it and using it.  I don't make pizzas that often and I do prefer this particular dough, so now I make just 2.  It's so easy to make that I don't find that an issue or hassle.  :)
