I also have a pie maker which I must admit I haven't used for a while either, And funnily enough I was tidying my cupboards today and spotted the pie maker and though I must use this again. I love curried scallop pies, Yum Yum.No problem with shrinkage here either, I use puff pastry and they fill out beautifully. Mine is more of a enclosed sausage roll shape than round pies and also make 4 at a time.
